Fand is the reader-facing application for the FAND balance-sheet framework — the same identity that runs from the national scale down through states to counties, as a live, interactive tool rather than a static exhibit. It is where the working prototypes below live: production-grade national ledgers alongside experimental subnational annexes, each carrying its own honesty badge.
These are working prototypes, not a polished single app — opened directly, not embedded. Every dollar figure carries its honesty badge: Production is trustworthy at standing ruling and publishable without qualification; Experimental subnational figures are provisional, with the watermark traveling with every export; Prototype is ordinal / Q-score only. The same balance-sheet identity runs at every scale shown here — the point is to demonstrate that, not to rank places.
