These are working prototypes, not polished apps — opened directly, not embedded. Every dollar figure carries its honesty badge: Production is trustworthy at standing ruling and publishable without qualification; Experimental subnational figures are provisional, with the watermark traveling with every export; Prototype is ordinal / Q-score only. The same balance-sheet identity runs at every scale shown here — the point is to demonstrate that, not to rank places.

The tools

• US Commonwealth ledger — Production. The United States balance sheet, the anchor exhibit, as a live page: PA · NC · HR · SR · DM · NW, decadal, 1955–2025.
• Where-Tree explorer — Experimental. The collapsible Where-hierarchy — world → country → state → county — with five indicator columns and per-node download. Keys on units, not borders.
• FAND Explorer — Prototype. An early integrated navigator across the balance-sheet items; the working sketch of the reader-facing tool.
• The Currentness Switch (OCF demo) — Experimental. Toggle “as reported” vs the O’Connor Carry-Forward nowcast on the US recognition margin, 1950–2031 — how FAND keeps a level current without overwriting the measured record.
• Florida — state annex — Experimental. The state layer as a labeled provisional annex (ST = Σ(CT), bottom-up).
• Duval County — county annex — Experimental. The county layer, fed by courthouse records and administrative rolls where agency panels stop. Margins of error are large; the page says so directly.
