⚠ World/TL1 national weights are Production (WPP/WDI). All TL2/TL3 subnational weights are Experimental — provisional, the watermark and source_pedigree travel with every export. Coverage: TL3 nodes resolved to a real TL2 parent = 5161/5230. Pedigree (NUSAP-lite): NUSAP-lite: every node carries source_pedigree (Pedigree) + a public badge (Assessment). TL3→TL2 nesting is resolved by source-routed deterministic rules (parentage_rule); parentage_state flags any node that could not bind to a TL2 and falls back to its TL1 country.
